No equipment? No problem! This 4-week High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can be done in the privacy of your own home. With 3 training sessions per week, it will have you burning calories in no time. This program will be a good stepping stone for those just starting their fitness journey, or those that just need a cardio boost. This program will be completed using the Train Heroic app. Once payment is received, you will receive an email to join the program on the Train Heroic app.
