All aboard the fitness train. Next stop, GAINSville!! This 12-week progressive program is designed to change your physique by cutting body fat and building muscle. You will definitely want to take before and after measurements and pictures. The program is 5 sessions per week. And if it seems like you are doing the same thing over and over, that's because you are, no "Sexy" IG exercises that are not functional here! This program uses movements that are proven to cut body fat and build muscle. Access to full gym equipment (home or commercial) is necessary. This program will be completed using the Train Heroic app. Once you purchase the program, you will receive an email requesting that you join the program in the Train Heroic app.
